"We have achieved engagement throughout the organisation with the vision and identified challenges, threats and opportunities. In the process we have also disseminated information about cultural change aspirations and intentions, and begun the process of implementing our new planning process. This process of creative engagement of staff throughout the organisation has been welcomed and the benefits are already being felt. Staff are enthusiastically engaged in developing detailed business plans for their areas and this business planning process is being rolled out throughout the organisation. Cross-departmental working groups have been established to work on the creation of new initiatives, communications and relations with the local community."
